Open Health’s cost structure for project-based employees is based on a percentage of gross wages and is similar to that used in the industry guild plans. This structure provides certainty with respect to budgeting. Open Health also offers a monthly cost structure for regular full-time staff employees.
Open Health’s insurance partner is Anthem Blue Cross. Enrolled individuals have access to the largest national network in the country, with more than 900,000 providers; access to more than 90% of hospitals and 90% of physicians nationwide.
Open Health offers HMO and PPO medical plans, dental, vision, and life plans, and dependent coverage.
